Position Summary
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between sales and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Account Executive team to understand client needs, develop technical solutions, and support implementation efforts that enable customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales to gather and analyze customer technical requirements.
- Monitor current trends in artificial intelligence, especially in GenAI, to integrate innovative technologies into company processes
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that align with customer use cases.
- Develop and improve intelligent digital assistants and autonomous agents, and manage their technical infrastructure
- Design and implement AI agent systems for process automation and advanced decision-making
Support customer onboarding and technical orientation.
Work with product and engineering teams to scope integration needs and ensure feasibility.
Assist in creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals.
Troubleshoot technical issues during pre-sales and deployment phases.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution implementation roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, and SaaS platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
Experience supporting sales cycles with technical deliverables.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML platforms, vector search, or RAG architectures.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise security requirements.
