Position Summary
We are looking for a recent graduate or a final-year student. The role is based on supporting social media visual content production, basic digital marketing processes, and website management. Our expectation is not expertise; what matters is fast learning, a creative eye, and team fit.
Responsibilities
- Produce visuals in line with brand identity (social media posts, banners, email visuals, etc.).
- Trim short videos and add captions/covers (basic level).
- Participate in brainstorming during campaign/launch periods; support visual–copy alignment.
- Produce presentation, catalog, brochure, and corporate document designs.
- Prepare simple performance reports (reach, engagement, clicks) and draft insights.
- Ensure visual materials are optimized for digital platforms.
- Website management support: Upload visuals, update copy, make simple page edits; basic SEO elements (title, meta description, alt text) and link checks.
- Support newsletter drafts and visual adaptations.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communication, Advertising, or related fields).
- Comfortable working at a basic level with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and/or at least one of Canva/Figma.
- Familiarity with short-form video tools such as CapCut (basic trimming/captioning).
- Detail-oriented, team-oriented, with curiosity and care for visual storytelling.
- Ability to allocate at least 3 days per week.
- Ability to adapt to team communication and task management tools such as Jira.
- Willing to improve in this field and open to progress with regular feedback.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; preferably knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic familiarity with Meta/LinkedIn scheduling tools, WordPress, and GA4.
- Basic knowledge of photography/shooting and lighting.
- Ability to competently use AI tools.
Working Model & Support
- Duration: Minimum 2 months (preferably 6). Hybrid/remote with flexible working options.
- Mentorship, regular feedback, portfolio development support.
- Opportunity to continue part-time/full-time based on performance after the internship.
