Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Founder Associate to support the CEO in operational coordination, project tracking, and team execution. This role is essential for ensuring that decisions are translated into action and that critical tasks are monitored, followed up, and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain a centralized tracking system for action items and deliverables across departments.

  • Document and follow up on post-meeting actions, ensuring clarity around owners and deadlines.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverable tracking for public-funded programs (e.g., TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB) and internal initiatives.

  • Prepare concise weekly summaries of team updates highlighting progress, roadblocks, and key decisions needed.

  • Assist in priority management and scheduling support for the CEO while filtering meetings that are not mission-critical.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, or start-up environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with public funding programs, processes, or compliance documentation.

  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software teams.
