Position Summary
A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to discover, implement, and manage artificial intelligence technologies across the company. Candidates with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), data processing, intelligent assistant and agent development will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor current trends in artificial intelligence, especially in GenAI, to integrate innovative technologies into company processes
- Conduct meetings with business units to identify and implement potential AI projects
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful completion of AI projects
- Demonstrate expertise in data processing, analysis, and modeling to produce actionable insights
- Develop and improve intelligent digital assistants and autonomous agents, and manage their technical infrastructure
- Design and implement AI agent systems for process automation and advanced decision-making
- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations
- Manage communication with external stakeholders and solution partners
- Organize and deliver AI training for company employees
- Analyze the performance of developed AI applications and provide improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in developing AI and data projects
- Proficiency with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI
- Strong experience building and deploying AI assistants and autonomous agents
- Practical experience with Generative AI (large language models, image generation, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI development tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Technical knowledge of NLP, natural language understanding and generation
- Strong competencies in data preparation, processing, and modeling
- RPA development and ERP solution architect experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders at different levels
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused approach
Education
- Master’s or PhD degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or related technical fields will also be considered
